Holly Wreaths and Holly Boughs

No one can insure that you'll be100% happy with the product.
S.o.o.o.o, here's what we do.....

Knowing that the holly is perishable (like cut flowers), we dip it in a perservative, package it in clear plastic in it's box and ship to you as soon as possible.

We use the Post Office Priority Mail and United Parcel Service.
After Dec 13th we ship by UPS only 2nd or 3rd day.
It cost $4.00 to $8.00 more but it's guaranteed.

Sometimes it doesn't work, so what happens then ???????????

Well, there's a couple things we can do...

1) If time permits, we will immediately re-ship your order. or

2) We will cheerfully ( That's right, cheerfully) refund your money.

Each year we ship over 500 boxes & re-ship or refund 2 or 3.

So, the world is not perfect...yet.
